Approach
Structured, independent, and explicit — so you can rely on our work in negotiation and at the committee.
How we work
Every engagement is different; the discipline is consistent.
- Scope first. We agree the investment thesis, key questions, access, and timeline up front — so effort maps to what changes decisions.
- Evidence-led. Findings are traced to interviews, documentation, and observation. Where inference is required, we label assumptions and test them against alternatives.
- Materiality, not volume. We distinguish critical risks and opportunities from background noise — with clear language on severity, likelihood, and remediation cost where it matters.
- Outputs you can use. Executive summaries for speed; appendices for depth. Formats align to your process — IC packs, Q&A lists, vendor diligence responses, and workshop-ready recommendations.
Independence
We are engaged to give a professional view — not to validate a predetermined outcome.
Conflicts are managed transparently. Where limitations exist on access or time, we say so plainly and describe what would be needed to close residual uncertainty.
Typical engagement flow
- Kick-off: thesis, questions, stakeholders, and data room / access plan.
- Fieldwork: management sessions, technical and commercial deep dives, document review.
- Synthesis: interim issues, validation requests, and hypothesis testing.
- Delivery: written report and walkthrough; follow-up support through signing as needed.
